The Wine

The wine presents a white creamy mousse with strong retention and a pale straw color at its base. It boasts a very fine bead that persists admirably. The nose is greeted with delicate aromas of grapefruit, lees, and citrus. On the palate, a creamy texture unfolds, revealing flavors of citrus, lees, and cashew. It concludes with a clean, dry finish and a lingering aftertaste of cashew and yeast lees.

About the Wine Maker

Villa Jolanda is produced by Santero, a renowned producer of sparkling and still wines based in Piedmont, Italy, specifically in the southwestern province of Cuneo. The winery was established by the Santero siblings in 1958 and underwent a significant renovation in 1977.
