100% Vernaccia di San Gimignano. Directly pressed, fermented in stainless steel and on noble lees for sixty days. An enchanting aroma, beautifully floral and delicate. Whereas the palate sees plenty of citrus and white fruits laced with honey and the softest touch of white pepper. A joy with Carbonara or salty, rich, peppery comfort food.

About the Wine Maker 
Vasco Cetti, alongside his wife Graziella Cappelli and their son David, owns and operates the stunning 50-hectare Poderi del Paradiso farm, situated near the picturesque town of San Gimignano. Although Vasco began practicing viticulture in the 1970s, his family, with a history in surgery, has been in possession of these vineyards since the medievaSangiovesel period.
