The Wine

Classified as 'Cremant de Bourgogne' and made in the 'Methode Champenoise'

Crémant has long been a staple, but it's currently enjoying a surge in popularity. The unceasing demand for sparkling wine has led consumers to discover Crémant de Bourgogne as an excellent, budget-conscious choice that doesn't compromise on complexity and finesse.

The Louis Bouillot is produced in Burgundy using the traditional method, the same as Champagne, features the typical Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, along with Gamay and Aligoté, two other varietals from the region. After aging on the lees for at least 12 months, one can anticipate a wine that harmoniously blends the red berry flavors of Pinot and Gamay with the crisp citrus notes contributed by Chardonnay and Aligoté.
