The Wine
Traditional vinification, followed by short aging in new barrels and then used barrels 8-12 months.
Beautiful ruby red color. Aromas of ripe red (forest) fruit, cherries, tobacco and cinnamon. Supple on the palate, acidity nicely balanced. Refined tannins. This wine has been a staple in our collection over the years, now with a new label - loved the old one but the wine is still as good!

About the Wine Maker 
Vasco Cetti, alongside his wife Graziella Cappelli and their son David, owns and operates the stunning 50-hectare Poderi del Paradiso farm, situated near the picturesque town of San Gimignano. Although Vasco began practicing viticulture in the 1970s, his family, with a history in surgery, has been in possession of these vineyards since the medieval period.
