The Wine

Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) with Merlot making up 35% of the blend and Petit Verdot rounding out the classic blend with 5% of the final blend. The percentage of new oak is kept to a minimum to ensure the fruit speaks clearly at all stages of the wines long and graceful evolution. This is wine which typically ages effortlessly for up to 20 years or more while also being enjoyable in their youth.

Great intro into classic left bank cabernet dominate Bordeaux. You can see the river from the vineyard which is a great tell tail sign of a good left banker! TC

92 points, Roger Voss, Wine Enthusiast Magazine "An impressive 19th-century chateau dominates this 46-acre vineyard. With 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine is full of black-currant flavors, ripe tannins and a dense texture. The wine has potential and will be ready to drink from 2023."
