BORDEAUX 2016 EN PRIMEUR

1 2 3
Marion Borgomarcellise Valpolicella 2014
Of course it's light on the nose, but decant and be patient, the wine builds and expresses itself beautifully both the aromas and body!! Very refined at this level, mature fruit, very smooth palate that has great balance. Drinks even better on day 2 if you have any left !
L'Aumerade, Cuvée Marie-Christine Cotes de Provence Rosé 'Cru Classe' 2016

This is a 'Cru Classe' Rose. Soft - light pink in colour. Very aromatic nose dominated by fresh fruit and flavors of grenadine. A full bodied and fruity but dry rosé goes well with Mediterranean and Asian cuisines. If you indulge in Rose's the like of Ott, D'Esclan etc, this will sit well in your spectrum.

Chateau de L'Aumerade, Cotes de Provence 'Marie Christine' Rose 2015 JEROBOAM 3L
Exuberant bouquet of exotic fruits (lychee) with muscat notes and a hint of honey. Complex aromas of great finesse. On the palate, rich aromatics with a remarkable roundness. Coats the palate, sublime. Very high persistence, aromatique. Recommended as an aperitif, with beautiful fish- butter sauce, goat cheese and dry pastries. Profound!
Chateau de L'Aumerade Cotes de Provence Rose 2015
Pale pink with shades of salmon. The nose is classic 'Southern France'. Literally sunshine in a bottle. The perfect rosé for each day of your life. To be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif, or with grilled meats and salads.
Marion Amarone Valpolicella 2012
Amarone is a wine that consists of 100% dried grapes. They are picked of the vine then dried on straw mats for minimum 3 months. This concentrates the flavours and offers a truly unique blend of dark fruit flavours with warm spices. An Icon wine of Italy. 10% of local grape Croatina has been added to this fulsome 16% alcohol blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, giving a darker, polished, more compact coffee bean and richly succulent by dry wine.
Harkham, Aziza's Shiraz 2016
NEW VINTAGE, and it's a ripper - Presertif Free. In the spirit of the French 'natural wine movement', this sulphur free star is crafted by Ex Vaucluse Cellars man - Mr. Jayd Smith . A wine of considerable breed and opulance. no way would we have thought Hunter! This babe is nakedly honest, immediately pleasing, and destine to be a hit around the wine bar scene!
St Agnes Premium Brandy Range

This family of Reserve Australian Brandy is impressive to say the least!

The first in the Range, St Agnes 7-star brandy, was repackaged in 2006 as St Agnes XO ($110) in a beautiful pear-shaped flask with a Vino-Lok glass stopper. It's a superb brandy, although at an average age of 15 years.

The XO Imperial ($210) has a minimum age of 20 years and the Grand Reserve XO, 40 years ($765)

Angove sourced the stylish 40-year-old Grand Reserve bottle from French bottle-maker Saver Glass. He had gold-plated necks, bases and stoppers designed and made, at considerable time and cost. The stoppers were moulded in Shanghai and then shipped to Portugal, where the corks were fixed inside them, then shipped to Australia. There were 500 stoppers for the 40-year-old and 3000 for the 20-year-old.

"Every bottle was painstakingly hand-assembled and hand-filled by our staff in Renmark," says Richard.

The boxes are also fastidiously designed and made. The 40-year-old comes in a leather and gold-leaf covered case, with an information booklet, and the 20-year-old comes in a leather-covered case. Both have red velvet lining and a certificate of authenticity signed by John Angove.
